Not only can Tesla employees see what customers' cars can see, they apparently circulate humorous, shocking, or invasive videos. Tesla employees shared personal videos from customers' cars on an internal messaging system, according to the report. A former Tesla Autopilot employee confirmed to Insider that workers were not only able to view personal videos but were also sharing them among each other. Reuters reported that Tesla employees shared videos of car crashes, road-rage incidents, and some more embarrassing moments.

OpenAI's ChatGPT made up sexual harassment accusations against lawyer Jonathan Turley, WaPo reported. In its response, ChatGPT apparently cited a Washington Post article published in 2018 — but the publication said that article doesn't exist. In the post, Turley added that he initially thought the accusation was "comical," but that "after some reflection," it "took on a more menacing meaning." He said the false sexual harassment accusations could damage his reputation as a legal scholar. "As part of that reality in our age of rage, there is a continual stream of false claims about my history or statements."

The report said the Supreme Court's information security environment was "built fundamentally on trust with limited safeguards to regulate and constrain access to very sensitive information." But it called the court's information security policies "outdated" and recommended that it overhaul its platform for handling case-related documents and remedy "inadequate safeguards" for tracking who prints and copies documents. The Supreme Court's IT systems operate separately from the rest of the federal judiciary. U.S. judiciary officials have said the systems used by federal appellate and district courts also are outdated and need modernization.
